| How do I make a purchase from Hughes & Hughes Website? |
When you have found what you want (for search methods click Search Tips), click on the title or image to bring up the full entry. To add the item to your 'shopping basket' simply click BUY NOW. lick on 'checkout' to complete your purchase, or continue browsing to add further items.
We will also ask you to register with us, so that we can contact you about your order and make it easier for you the next time you want to order. Before you checkout make sure you have selected your preferred delivery method. |

| What sort of products can I buy from Hughes & Hughes Website ? |

| Once you have found the book you are looking for click on BUY NOW and the book will be added to your shopping basket. |

| How do I create an account? |
To process your orders, we need to set up an account for you first. Having an account will enable you to place orders faster and more easily. Your e-mail address and password are the keys to your Customer Account; they must be entered before any information can be accessed.
Once you have added a book to your basket you will come to a Log In page, where we will ask for your email and a password. Once this is done we will ask you for your delivery address and invoice address. This enables us to speed up any orders in the future, as we will have your information on our system.
You can change the delivery address and invoice address each time you order if you want to.

| You can change your address at any stage by logging in and changing your information on Your Account page. Once you have made your changes, just click on Update and all changes will be saved. |

Paying by credit/debit cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard and all bank authorized Laser Cards.

When you have filled in your personal details you will be connected to the orderline form. Select your preferred payment method and click 'Continue my order' to be connected to our secure server. Only then will you be asked to enter your credit card details |

| What methods or delivery are there? |
| We offer delivery via An Post (where An Post charges apply, as set out under Shipping Rates) or you can choose to collect your purchase from your local Hughes & Hughes. No charge applies when you select this option. |

| How quickly will my order arrive? |
This will depend on availabilty of your order. Once you have selected a certain title, we will advise of the estimated time of delivery.
When you select our 'Collect from Store' option, your book will be ready for collection one week from the date of order. |
